The QEEO programme is a comprehensive, three-level certification pathway designed to build full internal competence for managing, producing, and supervising Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).

With CPR making environmental information mandatory and EPBD requiring Member States to implement building LCAs and benchmarks, manufacturers will need at least one trained EPD Manager to handle rising demand, compliance requirements and data workflows.

The QEEO programme provides the in-depth technical and organisational expertise needed to fulfil this role within a manufacturing company.
